Sloth Brigade Presents Dance Party: Koobz Monster Birthday Bash (360° Edition)

Saturday October 17th - 9:00pm - Sunday October 18th - 2:00am

Pyramid Event Venue117 S Main StLake Mills, WI53551 Map

This October's rendition of Dance Party features an incredibly talented lineup of bass music artists hailing from a range of Janesville to Milwaukee to celebrate the birthday of Koobz, a valued friend, DJ, and member of the promo team! In addition, at his request, we're experimenting with our first 360 setup, featuring a little extra BassBoss sound from After Midnight Entertainment! This event will also be featuring a raffle for those in costume, with prizes TBA provided by the venue!

Our lineup includes:

KIHANSII
MKE
on.soundcloud.com/MN0XIYrUfZ4uJamU6y

kihansii brings the bog to the stage with a mix of experimental bass, 140, deep dubstep, UKG, and plenty of froggy wubs.

Inspired by the Kihansi spray toad and its incredible fight back from extinction, she brings that same spirit of resilience and wild energy into her music. Her sets take you on a journey through the lily pads and deep into the swampy world of bass.

__________

STIKMAN
MKE
on.soundcloud.com/cO6kdJlfmfdmjtk3BI

Antonio is a fixture of the Milwaukee dubstep scene, from DJing to running the Basstet Productions sound system to throwing his own banger events. His sets come in hot and heavy! He was supposed to join us for a previous event but couldn't make it, so we're excited to be making it up this round!

__________

PALSY B2B FREE FOOD
MKE
Free Food:
on.soundcloud.com/7BedfA9VvIAhOja88M
Palsy:
on.soundcloud.com/ZNwLOSlhjXCeTuCrAj

If you've ever been over to the Miramar theater in Milwaukee, you've likely seen Palsy either on or off the decks. As a member of the security team there, and producing at home, he lives for the Milwaukee bass scene. Free Food was a part of the very first event we threw here in Lake Mills, and while we don't generally do repeats, Kai's energy both on and off the decks borders on the divine. Both he and Palsy have been instrumental in Koobz' music journey, so having them come in with a collab of the deep and weird bass sounds should be a fun adventure!

__________

HVNNYBEE
JANESVILLE
on.soundcloud.com/FumSvpw5KubvVBjNST

HVNNYBEE is a Janesville, Wisconsin–based DJ blending deep dub, dubstep, and experimental bass into immersive, multi-genre sets driven by contrast and low-end energy.

Her sound moves between sweet, melodic moments and deeper, textured frequencies — creating a balance of atmosphere and weight that feels both intentional and instinctive.

Since beginning her DJ journey, HVNNYBEE has been steadily building a presence in her local scene as both a performer and event curator, and has also played support for artists such as STVSH, Debbie Check, Black Carl!, Mikrodot, SPOR, and Wraz.

__________

KOOBZ
FORT ATKINSON
on.soundcloud.com/R9bzmYE1iyuEbrrhsi

You know him, you love him, you've partied hard with him the last several years! Koobz is the man of the evening, and we look forward to celebrating his birthday proper! It's rare to see him not grinning ear to ear, and his sets will leave you the same. If anyone knows how to have fun, it's Koobz, and his sets are filled with the same infectious energy he brings to the party whether he's on the decks or not!
